Nourish and Nurture is a 3-hour wellness experience designed exclusively for mothers.

Hosted at the beautiful Total Fusion Chermside, this morning invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in a calm, supportive space.

This is not another thing to add to your to-do list.
It is a chance to rest, reset, and be cared for.

The morning includes:

Gentle yoga session

Self-care workshop with registered psychologist Courtney Wilton

Sauna and hot bath relaxation

Nourishing brunch

Time to connect with other mums who truly get it

Rashelle Leahy

With over 15 years of experience in marketing and community development, Rashelle has built Mummas Circle into a thriving network of support for mothers.

Her passion lies in empowering women to find confidence in motherhood and reconnect with themselves beyond the daily demands of parenting. Rashelle creates spaces where mums feel seen, supported, and understood.

Courtney specialises in supporting women through the transitions of motherhood with a focus on self-care, body image and identity.

As a mother herself, Courtney blends evidence-based psychological tools with warmth and empathy, helping women feel grounded, confident, and more at home in their own skin.

Nourish and Nurture was born from a shared vision to give mums a rare opportunity to pause, restore and refill their energy.
