By booking or attending a Mummas Circle session or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Participation

Mummas Circle sessions are designed to provide connection, support, and education for mothers and their babies in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion. You are responsible for your own wellbeing, and the wellbeing of your baby, at all times during sessions and events.

Session content, guest speakers, and schedules may vary from time to time.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made in advance unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

Mummas Circle does not store or hold any credit card details.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All bookings are non-refundable once the term or event has commenced, including missed sessions for any reason.

Missed sessions are not transferable.

If a session or event is cancelled by Mummas Circle, a make-up session, credit, or alternative arrangement may be offered at our discretion.

4. Health & Wellbeing

To support the wellbeing of all mums and babies in our community, we ask that you do not attend sessions if you or your child are unwell.

5. Photography & Media

From time to time, photos and videos may be taken during sessions and events for marketing and promotional purposes.

By attending, you consent to being included in this content. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know prior to the session.

6. Liability

By attending Mummas Circle sessions or events, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation is entirely at your own risk

• Mummas Circle provides general information and support only and does not offer medical, health, or professional advice

• You are responsible for your own and your child’s safety and wellbeing at all times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mummas Circle is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from:

• participation in sessions or events

• use of information provided

• interactions within the group environment

This includes (but is not limited to):

• physical injury

• allergic reactions

• illness

• emotional distress

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking or attending a session or event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

At Mummas Circle, we are committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and inclusive environment for all mums and babies. We ask that all attendees contribute to maintaining this space.
